TEACHER TIPS

Thank you for choosing Wagon Trails for your field trip, here are just
a few tips to make your field trip the best possible:

ARRIVAL	-Please check in at the gift shop with all monies and total number of students, chaperones, teachers and parents. -Please keep in mind that the amount of time to check in greatly increases by the number of vehicles in your group. -Please have parents driving seperately arrive 15-30 min early. Safari trucks can NOT wait for late parents.
PAYMENTS	-Please have the number of attendees including children teachers, chaperones and parents when you check into gift shop. -Please have all monies counted and in monetary order prior to check in. -Parents should pay the school/teacher in advance. -Please coordinate with other teachers on your field trip to follow the same protocol.
LUNCHES	-If bringing lunches, please put them in bags/boxes for ease of unloading from bus to picnic area. -Wagontrails has a large lunch area. But please use only the designated tables for your school.

*Please keep in mind we are rotating schools in the different areas in the park. You can expect to spend approximately 30-45 minutes in the petting zoo in addition to your safari ride.

*We offer Wagontrails exclusive coloring books at reduced rates for schools.
